From U.S.A. And Canada

American Airlines:
This airline carries the majority of visitors to Costa Rica from Canada and the United States. Main connections for travelers are at Dallas, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco. For example, Canadians board Canadian Airlines in Vancouver and Toronto, Canada. They change to American Airlines in Dallas for the final leg of the flight to Costa Rica. American also flies non-stop from Miami to Liberia three times weekly.

United Airlines:
This airline has several direct flights each day from Los Angeles and San Francisco. They have an overnighter from these cities which arrives in Costa Rica during the early morning. This is advantageous for travelers who wish to arrive in Costa Rica on Saturday morning.

LACSA Airlines:
This excellent airline is the airline of Costa Rica with daily departures from San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, Miami, Orlando and Dallas. There are currently three flights per week from Toronto, Canada.

Continental Airlines:
This airline has one flight each day through the Houston airport with connecting services from Vancouver and Toronto, Canada via Air Canada. Flies non-stop into Liberia three times weekly.

Delta Airlines:
This airline has non-stop daily Boeing 757 aircraft service into San José and non-stop five times weekly into Liberia, Costa Rica from Atlanta, Georgia.
There are other airlines that have minor service out of Canada and the U.S.

There are two international airports in Costa Rica. One is Juan Santa Maria International Airport in San Jose (SJO) and the other is located at Liberia (LIR) that services most of the charter flights to the Pacific. Continental, Delta, Lacsa and American Airlines have scheduled international services from the United States to Liberia International Airport.

This is the only charter flight I have from Toronto, Canada to Liberia, Costa Rica. It is Non-Stop and is a 7 night package going and coming on Monday’s. Liberia Airport is 25 minutes from Villas Sol, Hotel & Beach Resort and Bill Beard’s Scuba Diving & Adventure Tours office.

SKYSERVICE:

Direct non-stop charters to Liberia every Monday from Toronto. At this time, the flights are scheduled through April, but don't know beyond that time.

Depart Toronto at 06:30 AM and arrive in C.R. at 10:45 AM ! You're all checked into your hotel in time for lunch and spend the afternoon on the beach. And you are back home by supper time on the return !
