Discover the adventurous underwater world through scuba diving, explore and interact with the prolific marine life in Costa Rica.

Time Needed: 1 day
*Learn the basic theory behind diving, concept of breathing under water, how to communicate underwater, and rules for participating safely.
*Practice using scuba equipment in the swimming pool
*Experience scuba diving with 1 or 2 open water dives under direct supervision from your instructor

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT a certification course, but it can be credited towards an Open Water Certification.

In addition, if there is any medical condition which would preclude you from diving, you would need your doctor’s signature on the Medical Release Form (signature valid for 12 months).
